Idea:
I've always wanted to play an initiate + Servant Deck and Sygg gave me a reason too!
Draw a lot of cards and get +1 damage in for +1 mana! Countersquall now reads:
1UB
Counter target noncreature spell. Its controller loses 3 life. At EOT draw a card.

I like it. I think it needs profane command. Or something else that will make sure you get to actually deal damage to your opponent. Wait, does sygg even trigger from life loss? I'm too lazy to look up the actual card...
Yes. Sygg reads:
At end of turn, if an opponent lost 3 or more life this turn, you may draw a card. (Damage causes loss of life.)
