Domain is a new special ability. seems to be kind of like chroma. Instead of counting colored mana symbols in a mana cost I assume its going to count number of basic lands in play.
Landcycle is a special cycling kind of like swamp cycling on twisted abomination or slivercycling on homing sliver, only it will allow you to cycle for basic (sometimes nonbasic maybe) lands.
Path to Exile - W Instant Remove target creature from the game. Its controller may search his or her library for a basic land card, put it into play tapped, then shuffle his or her library
This here may actually be better than condemn in most of todays matchups. no lifegain, fully removes the creature from the game and if the opponent is playing a full nonbasic suite, no CA
I just read the spoiler. As of 4:11 pm on January 7th, I have to say I have no idea where the designers are going with this set. I see some stuff that looks good for sealed (obolisk with an effect for each color, the non-basic lands, the the cycle of cards that cost a whole bunch or you can just basic landcycle) and a couple things that look good for constructed (the druid that is 0/1, has exalted, and taps for any of three colors and costs one green for instance, the white counterspell might get played, the UB lose two life counterspell will be played) but I just can't figure out what's going on. Lots of emphasis on basic lands, and yet there is lots of multi-colored card stuff, like the sedraxis alchemist, the "domain" keyword, and all the gold cards. Its like they want you to play two, three, four or five colors, but they want you to use basic lands. I don't think draft would be any fun, unless there is quite a bit of mana fixing. Who knows, though. Lots of cards haven't been unvieled yet, either.

Armillary Sphere Artifact , , Sacrifice Armillary Sphere: Search your library for up to 2 basic land cards, reveal them, and put them into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
Banefire Sorcery Banefire deals X damage to target creature or player. If X is 5 or greater, Banefire can't be countered by spells or abilities and the damage can't be prevented.
All of these spells seem pretty good to me. Some of them are simply incredible with Seismic Assault. You could even use Tilling Treefolk and such.
Meglonoth 3RGW Creature - Beast Vigilance, trample Whenever Meglonoth blocks a creature, Meglonoth deals damage equal to its power to target player. 6/6
Talk about a sick win-con here. He swings and tells your opponent not to swing as well. Im thinking RGW big Mana with lots of stall.
Yeah, that guy will be a beech to try to deal with. I may need to put gravepact in my sideboard after conflux comes out, depending on how aggro-licious it is. Cause gravepact wins vs. RGW mid-range 9/10 times.
Progenitus wwuubbrrgg Legendary Creature - Hydra Mythic Rare Protection from everything (This creature can't be blocked, targeted, dealt damage, enchanted or equipped.) When Progenitus is put into a graveyard from anywhere, shuffle it into its owner's library. 10/10
Child of Alara wubrg Legendary Creature - Avatar Mythic Rare Trample When Child of Alara is put into a graveyard from play, destroy all nonland permanents. They can't be regenerated. 6/6

Devour + Scout's Warning + Big Mana might equal some serious pwnage when your opponent relies on cards like firespout for board clearing.
