What does that statement mean? I tried to look it up, but no luck trying to figure out what this card is suppose to be.
As for baneslayer angel, a 5/5 flyer with some additional evasion, this card would have costed at least six and probably seven in past sets. It's as if the game designers are afraid RBG manaramp is too strong, and this is the stabalizer. The thing is is this card is great against BRG ramp, but it is still great against everything else, too. Wow.
I am not sure what deck I'm going to try to build for my standard tourney deck, but at first glance mono-black zombies looks really fun. I'm guess if I go UB or maybe even GB it could be pretty hot.
So with that in mind, you'll have all the FoD's you need, and I have 2x banefire, 3x ajani vengeant, and 1x elspeth. I'm not sure if I have any of the non-basic lands you'll need though.
I was referring to the fact that there is a new expansion in october coming out called zildikar or something funky like that. FoD leaves us with Lorwyn, :(
