Here is the updated version. This deck is pretty stinking fun. Deus is a great card. I can't figure out how I never noticed how good he is until now, which is too bad because I would have rocked him at FNM if I had only known. The Hellkite is pretty much the best combat trick wizards of the coast has ever printed. It's a four for one pretty much every time. Plus it clears away some little turns to ensure my deus gets in his 6 damage.
Sarkhan Vol got added. FoD did not. That may be a mistake on my part.

4x Lightning Bolt
4x Rampant Growth

After thinking about it a little more, seems like I could -4 rampant growth, +4 lash out.
I can get a turn 5 hellkite. That pretty much wins.
So here is the problem I have with this deck.
It feels like it is missing potential in slots that are used for the ramp engine.
So why dont we turn the ramp into some power?
I'm interested in seeing what this can do as:
-2 Primal Command
-4 Farhaven Elf
-4 Lash Out
+4 (I have 3 different options for the 2cc slot)
+3 Elvish Archdruid
+3 Imperious Perfect
(2cc slot options):
Druid of the Anima
Devoted Druid
Wren's Run Vanquisher
Interestingly, you can splash white for things like O. Ring and PtE.
Part of post made it past initial edit. sorry.
We should get together some afternoon or evening for an hour or two and i'll let you see it first-hand, since i have it in paper now. We can experiment with adding elves and whatnot. Give me a call when you have some free time and i'll meet you somewhere.
