Redcap is good. If the meta demands it (lots of mono red or weanie) you could substite kitchen finks.
I think esper charm is worthy of being a four of in the board. It is a solid control/draw, especially good if you like drawing cards. It beats graveyard hate (removing drifters) and it kills bitterblossom. Also, it helps out by making mono red and mid-range aggro discard.
I like threshers so you have a chance to win game two and three.
